The Seymour Library Foundation depends on volunteers to help with events, projects, fundraising, and community outreach that support Seymour Library.  Help with events, outreach, setup, donor support, promotions, or special projects. Volunteers make it possible for the Foundation to do more, reach more people, and support more library needs. 

Flexible Ways to Get Involved

Some volunteer roles are one-time opportunities. Others may be ongoing throughout the year. Whatever your availability, we appreciate your interest and support.

How You Can Help

• Helping with After Hours @ the Library and other special events

• Fundraising, grant writing and sponsorship support

• Office or organizational help

• Social media, marketing, photography, or video support

• Student volunteer and community service opportunities

Workplace Giving & Volunteer Programs

Some companies offer:

• Volunteer Time Off (VTO) so employees can volunteer during work hours

• Corporate volunteer programs

• Company-sponsored donation drives
